Culinary Purchasing Clerk : Must be very familiar with food, extremely efficient and organized, cost conscious, have an eye for quality and consistency. Will be trained personally by the executive chef. Will handle ordering of all foods, goods and supplies. Will maintain purveyor/farmer contacts and delivery schedules. Will check in all orders to ensure proper specifications. Will maintain/create order guides and checklists. One full-time position available
Servers : Experienced required for full or part time positions. A friendly and reliable, outgoing personality need only apply.
Host/Hostess : Fast paced environment looking for a friendly face to meet, greet and seat people. Full or Part time positions available, responsible and outgoing personality need only apply.
